UPSC Topper 2025 Rank List: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the Civil Services Examination, 2024, marking the culmination of a rigorous selection process that began with the written exam in September 2024 and concluded with interviews conducted between January and April 2025.

The results, released officially by the Press Information Bureau, include a list of 1009 candidates recommended for appointments to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.Shakti Dubey has secured the top rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, followed by Harshita Goyal at Rank 2 and Dongre Archit Parag at Rank 3.

A consolidated reserve list of 230 candidates has also been maintained, in accordance with Rule 20(4) and (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules, 2024.Top candidates across services announcedAmong the 1009 candidates selected, 335 belong to the General category, 109 to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 318 to Other Backward Classes (OBC), 160 to Scheduled Castes (SC), and 87 to Scheduled Tribes (ST).

The number of vacancies reported by the government to be filled across services is 1129, which includes 50 vacancies for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).Appointments to the services will be made based on the availability of vacancies and in accordance with the relevant service rules.
